SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping

Orders are carefully prepared and typically shipped within 2–5 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. International orders may have longer delivery times. All packages include tracking for your convenience.

Returns & Cancellation

You have 14 days to cancel or return products from the day you receive them. To start a return, email shams@underbug.nl with your order number.

Return Conditions

Items must be unused and in their original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product was damaged or incorrect.

Due to the delicate nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on fragile or customized items unless defective or damaged.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you with approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if defective or damaged. Contact us for exchange instructions.

Gifts

If an item was purchased as a gift, refunds or exchanges are handled via a gift credit or gift giver, depending on how the order was placed.
