1.Products and Availability

• We make every effort to ensure that products are accurately described.
• Product availability is subject to change without notice.
• Images of products are for illustration purposes; the actual product may differ slightly.

2.Orders and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance by Underbug.
• Payment must be completed at the time of purchase.
• We accept the following payment methods: iDEAL, Mastercard, Visa, and Amex.
• Prices are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

3.Shipping and Delivery

• Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days.
• Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery.

4.Cancellation and Returns

• You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt (EU consumer law), unless the product is custom-made or fragile.
• To initiate a return, email shams@underbug.nl with your order number.
• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

5.Exchanges

• We only replace items if defective or damaged. Contact us for exchange instructions.

6.Gifts

• If an item was purchased as a gift, refunds or exchanges are handled via a gift credit or through the gift giver, depending on how the order was placed.

7.Liability

• Underbug is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for defective products is limited to the purchase price of the product.
• Products should be used according to their intended purpose.

• All content on underbug.nl, including text, images, logos, and designs, is the property of Underbug or its licensors.
• No content may be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
